New Agents

Becoming authorized to sell TravelSafe products is as simple as 1-2-3

Step 1:

You must complete the Travel Organization Agreement (TOA). Once completed submit to our office by fax or mail. We will review, approve and return an authorized copy of the Agreement to you. Once authorized, you may begin offering Travelsafe products for sale.

Step 2:

You must complete an Agent Profile Form (APF). This form is required by our insurance carrier, United States Fire Insurance Company, a member of the Fairmont Specialty Group. Once you have completed this form, sign and send to TravelSafe by fax or mail.

In most states, a travel insurance license will be required. If you are not already licensed, along with your signed authorized copy of the Agreement, we will send you any additional forms necessary to become licensed. If you are currently licensed, please send us a copy of your license by fax or email.

Step 3:

You must complete a W-9 Form. This form is required by the United States Government because you will be receiving commissions. You will need to print the completed form, sign the form and send to TravelSafe by fax or mail.
